This site is currently under reconstruction. It's time to move to a new server and implement Wordpress to provide a more robust and informative site. JCELL was previously my company but is now my professional web presence. The name is Jesse Rankin and I am an IT consultant focusing on program and project management of enterprise applications. I have been fortunate to work on projects in the U.S., Europe, Africa and most recently the Middle East. The work and travel experience has taught me much about organizations and more importantly about dealing with individuals from many different backgrounds and cultures. To put it simply, the collection of individuals working on a project are the key to success. Perhaps an obvious statement but the right group can overcome a chaotic and inefficient organization as well as sub par technology.
